Research Methods

Our lab focuses on improving research methods related to fisheries stock assessment and statistical modeling. We strive to make all analyses and new methods open-access to improve uptake by others and as a result, lab members will often be fairly active on Github and will publish code and data alongside publications whenever possible. Additionally, we have conducted research focused on synthesizing past statistical and visualization methods to highlight best practices.
